Małgorzata Świeca, Ph.D.
Doctor of Law
Constitutional law expert. Experienced in copyrights and related rights, as well as in protection of personal rights. In particular interested in medical law and ethical and legal areas connected with it, advertisement law, media law, human rights and psychology.
An author of several legal opinions in the field of legal acts’ compatibility with Constitution of the Republic of Poland. Particularly, she is active in pharmaceutical law field, participating in lobbying activities. Took part in various conferences, especially as a speaker in Law and Medicine workshops at Medical University of Warsaw and International Dental Trade Fairs – CEDE.
Under her specialization she is also active as a publicist. She writes scientific as well as journalistic articles for Gazeta Prawna (The Law Newspaper), Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Finansowa (The Financial Newspaper), Dental Tribune Polish Edition, Implants Poland, Radca Prawny (The Solicitor), Prawo Europejskie w Praktyce (European Law in Practice). Ms. Świeca regularly speaks on radio and TV. Particularly, she appears in TVN24 Biznes i Świat, Superstacja, Panorama and „Interwencja” program in Polsat. Furthermore, she gives legal advices for Business Center Club and Industrial – Trade Chamber in Cracow.
Graduated from Law and Administration Department, Maria Curie – Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 2016 she defended her doctoral dissertation in the field of constitutional law at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw and obtained an academic degree of PhD of law. Inscribed on the list of legal counsels maintained by the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.
She speaks and works in Polish, English and German.
